CITRINE
Citrine is yellow to golden yellow type of quartz. In nature, it is very rare to find. Currently, it is one of the most sold yellow and orange gems. The highest quality cintrines can be found in Brazil, Spain, Madagascar and Russia.
COLOR
The rarest colours are vivid with minimal to no shades of brown. The color scale starts with the yellow color and continues to a red-orange tint and then goes up to an orange-red color.
CLARITY
Majority of Citrines are clear to the naked eye, that means they do not have any visible imperfections. However, any imperfections that can be seen drastically decrease the price.
CUT
Citrines are available in a wide variety of cuts. In our collections, you will find citrines in a princess cut or in an oval cut.
WEIGHT
With the size of the stone, the price doesn't drastically increase, that is why it is suitable to be used in distinctive jewelry.
Like topaz, citrine is also a stone of people born in November. It is given on the thirteenth anniversary.
